目的了解湖北省十堰市张湾区法定报告传染病疫情趋势,为做好疫情预测和制定传染病防治对策提供科学依据。方法用描述性流行病学方法对2008年十堰市张湾区法定报告传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果2008年十堰市张湾区无甲类传染病报告;报告乙类传染病10种共1 526例,死亡2例,乙类传染病年发病率为488.06/10万,死亡率为0.64/10万;报告丙类传染病6种共714例,丙类传染病年发病率为228.36/10万。乙类传染病构成以血源性传染病(乙型肝炎924例)、性传播疾病(梅毒199例)和呼吸道传染病(肺结核193例)为主。结论应加强对乙型肝炎、梅毒、肺结核的预防控制工作;加强对传染病监测体系的建设,使疫情报告及时、准确;加强对重点人群的健康教育。 Objective To understand the epidemic trend of notifiable infectious diseases in Zhangwan District of Shiyan City, Hubei Province and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of epidemic situation. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the statutory reported infectious disease data of Zhangwan District in Shiyan in 2008. Results There was no report of class A infectious diseases in Zhangwan District of Shiyan City in 2008; 1 526 cases of type B infectious diseases were reported, of which 2 were dead and 2 were reported. The annual incidence of group B infectious diseases was 488.06 / 100,000 and the death rate was 0.64 / 10 In total, 714 cases of Category C infectious diseases were reported, and the annual incidence of Category C infectious diseases was 228.36 / 100,000. Group B infectious diseases mainly include blood-borne infectious diseases (924 cases of hepatitis B), sexually transmitted diseases (199 cases of syphilis) and respiratory infectious diseases (193 cases of tuberculosis). Conclusion The prevention and control of hepatitis B, syphilis and tuberculosis should be strengthened. The construction of monitoring system for infectious diseases should be strengthened to make timely and accurate reporting of epidemics and to strengthen the health education of key populations.
