人是一个集合概念,是个人、群体和类的统一。以人为本是一种对人的作用与地位的肯定,是一种价值取向、思维方式,还是一种方法论。思想政治工作的目的,是为了最大限度地调动人们的积极性、创造性,协调人们之间的相互关系,以提高人们认识世界和改造世界的能力。做好思想政治工作必须遵循以人为本的原则。
Man is a collection of concepts, is the unity of individuals, groups and classes. People-oriented is a kind of affirmation of people’s role and status, is a value orientation, way of thinking, or a methodology. The purpose of ideological and political work is to mobilize people’s enthusiasm, creativity and coordination of people’s mutual relations so as to enhance people’s ability to understand and transform the world. To do ideological and political work, we must follow the principle of putting people first.
