目的：研究并分析凝聚胺技术与其它输血技术在临床输血中实施效果。方法搜集我院2014年2月-2016年2月期间健康体检者380例血液样本，并运用凝聚胺技术进行输血检测，以常规盐水检验法的检测结果进行对比，并检测68例疑难血液标本。结果与常规盐水检测法相比，运用凝聚胺技术进行输血检验不仅具有较高灵敏度，且可迅速检测出血液样本中的IgG抗体。结论凝聚胺技术在临床输血检验中的应用效果较好，具有操作简单、灵敏度高等特点，是临床中输血检验中的首选方法，值得推广。“,”objective:to study and analysis of condensing press technology and other blood transfusion technology effect in the clinical blood transfusion.Methods:to collect the hospital in February 2014 - February 2016 during physical examination of 380 cases of blood sample,and using condensed blood transfusion inspection according to the technology,comparing to conventional brine is the test result of the test,and test of 68 cases of complicated blood specimen.Results:compared with normal saline test,using the condensed by blood transfusion inspection technology not only has high sensitivity,and can be quickly detected IgG antibody in the blood samples.Conclusion:according to the technical application in clinical blood transfusion testing effect is good,have the characteristics of simple operation, high sensitivity,is the preferred method in clinical blood transfusion in the inspection,is worth promoting.
