绩效管理指标的量化是企业管理创新的核心,同时也是企业管理工作面向规范化以及现代化、国际化的第一步,是倡导“快为先、优为先、新为魂”的行为准则。当前,绩效管理指标的量化理念以及深入到每个员工的心中,已经成为员工进行自我考核以及实现自我管理的行为准则。
The quantitative management of performance indicators is the core of enterprise management innovation, but also the first step towards standardization and modernization, internationalization of enterprise management, advocating “fast first, excellent first, new for the soul ” code of conduct. At present, the quantification of performance management indicators as well as deep into every employee’s mind, has become a code of conduct for employees to self-assessment and self-management behavior.
