目的探讨DR在放射检查中的防护优势和应用价值。方法采用我院放射检查几种常规标准的胸部摄影条件,根据曝光量的计算公式:Q=mAs,求出平均mA和平均曝光时间,计算出所有胸部放射检查的平均曝光量,以DR的X线剂量值为参照,评估它们的防护性能。根据影像质量综合评价法评价它们的影像质量及应用价值。结果一次胸部放射检查平均X线曝光量结果为:DR-2.8mAs,胸透-12.6mAs;普通胸片-48mAs,CR-32mAs,胸部CT平扫-1800mAs。DR的空间分辨力为最高,摄影间隔时间少于5s,图像如CT一样能够调节,影像细致清晰,X线曝光量最少,检测剂量平均值为0.349mGy和0.896dGy*cm2。结论DR胸片的图像质量优,成像速度快,其X线曝光量在放射检查中最少,吸收辐射剂量最少,值得推广普及。
Objective To explore the protective advantages and application value of DR in radiological examination. Methods The routine chest radiography was used in our hospital. According to the calculation formula of exposure: Q = mAs, the average mA and average exposure time were calculated, and the average exposure of all chest radiographs was calculated. Line dose values as a reference to evaluate their protective properties. According to the comprehensive evaluation of image quality assessment of their image quality and application value. Results The average radiographic results of chest radiography were as follows: DR-2.8mAs, thoracic -12.6mAs; general chest radiograph -48mAs, CR-32mAs, chest CT scan -1800mAs. The spatial resolution of DR was the highest, the interval time was less than 5s, the image could be adjusted like CT, the image was clear and the X-ray exposure was the least. The average dose was 0.349mGy and 0.896dGy * cm2. Conclusion DR chest radiographs are superior in image quality and imaging speed, and have the least amount of X-ray exposure in radiological examination and the least amount of radiation dose, which deserves to be popularized.
