概述了基于某轿车的电动助力转向(EPS)的基本结构和数学模型,并依据数学模型和控制策略建立EPS的MATLAB/Simulink模型。利用多体动力学软件ADAMS/CAR模板功能建立整车多自由度模型,并在转向小齿轮pinion上添加助力扭矩,随后定义ADAMS/CAR和Simulink软件的接口,2个软件进行联合仿真,对蛇形和双扭线2种工况经行了试验,对比有无助力的情况下方向盘手力矩的大小。仿真结果表明装备了EPS控制的轿车转向轻便性改善,提高了驾驶员的安全舒适性。
The basic structure and mathematic model of an EPS based on a car are summarized. The MATLAB / Simulink model of EPS is established according to the mathematical model and control strategy. The multi-degree-of-freedom model of the vehicle was built by using the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS / CAR template function, and the assist torque was added to the steering pinion pinion. Then the interfaces of ADAMS / CAR and Simulink software were defined, and the two softwares were used for co- Shape and twisted pair of two conditions by the test, compared with the help of the steering wheel torque of the size. Simulation results show that EPS-controlled sedan steering lightness is improved and driver’s safety and comfort are improved.
