采用水热法,以醋酸铜为铜源,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,聚丙烯酸为软模板,通过调控不同的合成参数,制备了纺锤状CuO纳米晶。同时重点探讨了聚合物种类和碱的浓度对CuO纳米晶产物形貌的影响。采用HRTEM、SEM、XRD、EDS、Raman等对产物的形貌、结构、成分、光学性质进行了表征。结果表明产物是纯的单斜CuO纳米单晶。并考察了纺锤状CuO纳米晶对甲基橙在H2O2协同作用下超声催化降解作用。
The CuO nanocrystals were prepared by hydrothermal method using copper acetate as copper source, sodium hydroxide as precipitating agent and polyacrylic acid as soft template. By controlling different synthesis parameters, CuO nanocrystals were prepared. At the same time, the effects of polymer species and alkali concentration on the morphology of CuO nanocrystals were also discussed. The morphology, structure, composition and optical properties of the product were characterized by HRTEM, SEM, XRD, EDS and Raman. The results show that the product is pure monoclinic CuO nanocrystals. The effects of spindle-shaped CuO nanocrystals on the degradation of methyl orange under the synergistic action of H2O2 were investigated.
