采用5种不同的方法对桉树幼苗进行人工菌根接种的结果表明,均有不同程度的促生效果及菌根感染率。其中,内生菌根(Glomus epigaeum)菌土接种的苗木高为对照苗木的247%,地径为对照的193%;外生菌根菌(Pisolithus tinctorius)纯培养接种苗高生长比对照增加17.4%,地径增加9.9%;P.t孢子粉剂接种的苗高生长比对照增加103%;罐栽法纯培养芽苗接种的以Scleroderma(H4331)为好,对赤桉和尾叶桉高生长可增加42.83%~44.29%,Loccaria(E4100)对赤桉高生长增加53.9%;Mycobeads对刚果12号桉扦插苗的接种效果以Pisolithus(H53)及Laccaria(E439)为好,高生长分别比对照增加21.9%及20.8%,地上部分干重也明显增加。
