应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图技术．采用随机、单盲、安慰剂对照试验．分别观察了心脏病患者27例静脉滴注生脉注射液．15例静脉滴注安慰剂10d前后的左室舒张功能（LVD）。结果表明．生脉注射液组左室射血分数显著提高（P＜0．01）．LVDF显著改善（P＜0．01）；总有效率81．48％．显著高于对照组的33．33％（P＝0．0027）。该药副作用甚少．可用于LVDF障碍或伴有左室收缩功能障碍的患者。
Apply pulsed Doppler echocardiography. A randomized, single-blind, placebo-controlled trial was used. We observed 27 cases of heart disease patients with intravenous injection Shengmai injection. 15 cases of left ventricular diastolic function (LVD) before and after intravenous infusion of placebo for 15 days. The results show. The left ventricular ejection fraction of Shengmai injection group was significantly increased (P<0.01). LVDF significantly improved (P<0.01); total effective rate was 81.48%. Significantly higher than the 33.33% of the control group (P=0.0027). The drug has few side effects. Can be used for LVDF disorders or patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction.
