对影响板形、板厚和张力的各种轧制因素进行了系统的理论分析,建立了冷连轧机综合耦合模型.针对耦合模型的特点提出分步解耦设计策略,相对于常规解耦设计可明显简化解耦过程,并给出各解耦环节的简化方案以利于实际工程应用.基于某1250mm八辊五机架冷连轧机第1机架的实际参数,采用Matlab/Simulink工具对简化后的分步解耦系统进行分析,仿真结果表明其可有效消除轧制过程中板形、板厚和张力控制之间的耦合影响关系.
Systematic and theoretical analysis of various rolling factors influencing plate shape, plate thickness and tension were carried out, and a comprehensive coupling model was established for the tandem cold mill.The step-by-step decoupling design strategy was proposed according to the characteristics of the coupled model. Compared with the conventional decoupling design The decoupling process can be obviously simplified and a simplified scheme of each decoupling link is provided to facilitate the practical application.According to the actual parameters of the first frame of a 1250mm eight-roller five-stand tandem cold mill, The simulation results show that it can effectively eliminate the influence of the coupling between plate shape, plate thickness and tension control during the rolling process.
