针对卓越创新能力的内涵对实践教学的更高要求,在深入分析国内外相关研究的基础上,界定了农业机械化及其自动化专业卓越创新人才的核心概念,对实践训练体系进行了总体设计,明确了体系要素及相互关系,构建了以校内外并行双轨实训、实践互动交流平台、科创活动引领示范、双师型实践导师队伍等为特征载体的农业机械化及其自动化专业的实践训练体系。研究为形成系统的卓越人才培养实践能力训练载体平台,示范并引导同类专业培养计划的制定与人才培养的教育实践提供了理论基础与实践参考。
In view of the higher requirement of practical innovation in the connotation of outstanding innovative ability, this paper defines the core concepts of outstanding innovative talents of agricultural mechanization and its automation based on the in-depth analysis of relevant researches at home and abroad. The overall design of practice training system is made clear The system elements and their relationships, and constructed a practice training system of agricultural mechanization and automation major featuring carrier-based parallel dual-track training inside and outside the school, an interactive platform for practice, a demonstration project led by scientific and technological activities, and a team of double-mentor practical tutors. The research provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the formation of a system of training platform for excellence in practical ability training, demonstration and guidance of the formulation of similar professional training programs and educational practice of personnel training.
