随着电子技术、计算机、网络技术和人工智能等所构成的信息技术在铸造生产中的广泛应用,国外先进工业国家的铸造机械设备及系统的性能和自动化程度均有了很大的发展,而我国在相关领域与之相比差距较大,这在很大程度上影响了国内铸造生产的效率及铸件质量。 为了使广大读者较全面地了解国内外铸造设备和系统的技术现状,本刊特邀清华大学机械工程系多年从事铸造设备和系统教学与研究工作的吴浚郊教授就有关方面作了较为深入全面的剖析,希望能对国内广大铸造设备的生产厂家和使用厂家产生有益的启示。
With the extensive application of information technology composed of electronic technology, computer, network technology and artificial intelligence in foundry production, the performance and automation of foundry machinery equipment and systems in advanced industrial countries have been greatly improved, and In our country, there is a big gap between them in related fields, which greatly affects the efficiency of domestic foundry production and the quality of castings. In order to make readers understand the technical status quo of domestic and foreign foundry equipment and systems, we invited professor Wu Junjiao who has been engaged in teaching and research of foundry equipment and system for many years in Mechanical Engineering Department of Tsinghua University to make a more in-depth and comprehensive analysis on relevant aspects , I hope that the majority of domestic casting equipment manufacturers and manufacturers to produce useful inspiration.
