这篇文章描述了在参与式的医疗保健服务中,利用基于体验的设计方法学去改善徐州四院门诊部门医疗保障服务。在这之中谈论到故事叙述到方案提出所遇到的挑战和对于冗杂问题的协同合作以及在参与者行为被影响的变量因素等。最后我们提出基于体验的设计方法学可以整合更多的技术与工具去帮助设计师寻找更好的解决方案。
This article describes the use of experience-based design methodology in participatory healthcare services to improve Medicare services in the outpatient department of the fourth hospital in Xuzhou. In this discussion, we talk about the story narrative to the challenges posed by the program and the synergies on the issues of redundancy as well as the variables that are affected in the participants’ behaviors. Finally, we propose that based on the experience of design methodologies can integrate more technologies and tools to help designers find a better solution.
