高中生处于学业、人生发展的转折点,他们面对沉重的课业负担、激烈的高考压力,心理会产生一定的波动。所以,班主任除传道、授业、解惑外,还要给学生以人文的教育、管理、关怀,教会他们学会求知以及如何做人、做事。教师要将人文因素融入班级管理之中,为学生营造有知识氛围、团结协作、充满爱心、积极向上的成长环境,让学生受到潜移默化的影响。只有这样,才能造就有知识文化、有良好身体素养、有高尚情操、有创新能力的现代中学生,才能培养社会发展需要的现代化人才与社会主义接班人。一、推行班级人文管理的意义
