结构转换层是高层建筑的重要组成部分,对结构受力有较为严格的要求,尤其是剪力墙结构体系的施工,要求做好框支梁截面、偏心受拉构件截面、深梁截面等设计工作。另外与深梁相比较,高层建筑的结构转换层还需要综合考虑受力破坏特征,从转换层底部大空间、楼板结构、框支梁等角度展开设计,为结构转化层的施工提供有利的依据,这也正是本文的研究重点所在。

Designing from the perspective of large space at the bottom of the transfer floor, floor structure and frame support beam provides a favorable basis for the construction of the conversion layer , This is also the focus of this article.
