2012年以来,在“为学生选择未来奠基”的办学理念引领下,学校以“圈点批注”的方式开展阅读活动,并在此基础上延伸出多种不同的教研活动,提高教师理论素养与教学能力。从“圈点批注”中取真经针对教师教育管理素养偏低的现状,学校在北师大专家的帮助下选择编印了《让课堂多一些机智》教师学习手册,主要涉及课堂管理方面的内容。在“圈点批注”该学习手册的过程中,教师们对教育管理的方法和手段有了许多思考,反映出教师对于教学专业素养和“课堂实效性”问
