长宁区民生档案便民查询服务启动于2011年10月,截至2013年8月1日,共接待社区查档者1394人次,查阅婚姻、知青等民生档案1394卷。这一服务受到社区群众的普遍好评,还被评为长宁区机关“优秀服务品牌”。运行近两年来,长宁围绕“利民生,赢民心”的工作要求,面对工作中遇到的种种问题,勇下摸索、大胆尝试,采取“一个优化,四个加强”的方法,注重工作实效,为民生档案便民查询实践的顺利开展提供了有益经验。
