在连铸中喂入稀土丝的试验结果表明:在20号钢中,加入适量稀土能使铸坯的激冷层厚度增加2~3倍,使柱状晶区的一次枝晶间距减小40%,使中心区域由柱晶变为等轴晶,等轴晶区面积占铸坯横截面面积的20%,并用数学方法分析了稀土元素在铸坯凝固过程中的作用。在本试验条件下,稀土加入量以0.030%为最佳。
The experimental results of feeding rare earth wire in continuous casting showed that the addition of proper amount of rare earth can increase the thickness of chilled layer of slab by 2 ~ 3 times in No. 20 steel and decrease the primary dendrite spacing by 40% , The central region changed from columnar crystal to equiaxed crystal, equiaxed zone accounted for 20% of the cross-sectional area of slab, and the effect of rare earth elements in solidification of slab was analyzed by mathematical method. In this test conditions, the amount of rare earth added 0.030% is the best.
