通过对吉林省各重点灌区现状分析,按照出台的中央1号文件精神和农村工作会议精神,针对灌区发展中现存的问题,提出今后发展的灌区今后发展的对策。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of key irrigation areas in Jilin Province and in accordance with the spirit of the No.1 Document issued by Central Government and the working conference in rural areas, aiming at the existing problems in the development of irrigation districts, the countermeasures for the future development of irrigation districts are put forward.
