随着信息时代的到来和信息量的剧增,传统的办公方式已不适应社会经济发展。建立办公自动化网络系统,实现办公现代化,是当前各级政府的选择。从已建网的单位来看,有些系统已发挥效能,显示出办公现代化的优势。但有些单位的网络系统性能差,经常出现网络故障,可靠性、安全性、可扩充性存在问题;有些单位则是只有网络没有信息,没有或只有少量的应用软件在使用;有些虽有软件,但无法运行,浪费了大量的人力、物力
With the advent of the information age and the rapid increase in the amount of information, the traditional office methods have not adapted to the social and economic development.
