本文研究宫内节育器(IUD)对人子宫液的纤维蛋白溶解活性的影响。材料来自二组健康的妇女,她们的月经周期规律。第一组由48名应用IUD(Cu-T或Cu-7)的妇女组成,在增殖期(月经周期的第6-10天)、月经中期(月经周期的第11—18天)和黄体期(月经周期的第19—30天)及月经前期采取标本;第二组由11名使用Cu-T的妇女组成,在增殖中期和黄体期,在放入IUD前及后应用吸引器采集标本。应用纤维蛋白板通过酶的辐射扩散法测定官腔液的纤维蛋白溶解活性。结果是,第一组受试者,纤维蛋白溶解活性在月经中期(265±91)比增殖期
This article studies the effect of intrauterine device (IUD) on fibrinolytic activity of human uterine fluid. Materials from two groups of healthy women, their menstrual cycle. The first group consisted of 48 women who applied IUD (Cu-T or Cu-7) and were evaluated for proliferative (days 6-10 of the menstrual cycle), metaphase (days 11-18 of the menstrual cycle) and luteal phase (19-30 days of the menstrual cycle) and premenopausal women. The second group consisted of 11 women who used Cu-T. Samples were collected using an aspirator both before and after IUD insertion during the proliferative phase and in the luteal phase. Fibrinolytic activity of the fluid in the lumen was determined by radiative diffusion of enzyme using a fibrin plate. As a result, in the first group of subjects, fibrinolytic activity was higher in the mid-menstrual period (265 ± 91) than in the proliferative phase
