考察了在镍(Ⅱ)络合物存在下,配位体三苯基膦(PPh_3)、三正丁胺(NB_(u3))、2,4-二甲基苯胺(DMA)的酸碱性(PKa)以及溶剂的极性(Debyes)对络合物催化甲醇羰基化反应的影响。结果表明,在PPh_3存在下,选用极性为1.7D的溶剂,甲醇转化率为98.2%,HAc+MeOAc产率为94.5%,催化剂生产能力52.8g/gNi·h(或0.3g/ml·h)。液体产物分布:醋酸83.8%、甲酯1.7%、甲醇0.15%、水1.1%、碘甲烷13.2%。该催化剂与铑催化剂活性相近,是一种有希望的甲醇羰基化催化剂。
