德国斯托尔伯格(stolberg)现有的伯齐利厄斯(Berzelius)斯托尔伯格铅厂的 QSL 炼铅系统于1990年8月试车投产。在对工艺和设备作了为实现这一新工艺所必需的一些修改之后,现在已得到结论性的生产结果。本文将介绍这些结果,并对这些工厂的设计作简要描述。位于温山(Onsan)的韩国锌业公司新建的铅厂于1992年5月开始向 QSL 反应器投料试车。因为韩国 QSL 铅厂在开炉之前已吸取斯托尔纳格铅厂当时获得成功所取得的经验,他们在很短的时间内达到了稳定的、满意的操作条件。本文对该厂简介之后,列出了一些重要的生产结果。上述两个厂所取得的生产经验充分证实了发明者在70年代提出的创造性思想是正确的。QSL 流程能满足现代化与生态环境相容和节能炼铅生产技术所提出的全部要求。文章最后提出了如何进一步优化 QSL 流程的建议。
The stolberg QSL system for the existing lead-acid plant in Stolberg, Berzelius, was commissioned in August 1990. Having made some modifications to the process and equipment necessary to achieve this new process, conclusive production results have now been obtained. This article describes these results and gives a brief description of the design of these plants. The new lead plant at South Korean zinc company Onsan began commissioning the QSL reactor in May 1992. Because South Korea’s QSL lead-mill, which had learned from the success stories of Stolgonger plants prior to firing, had achieved stable and satisfactory operating conditions in a very short period of time. After this brief introduction to the plant, some important production results are listed. The production experience gained by these two plants fully corroborated the inventor’s creative thinking put forward in the 1970s. The QSL process meets all the requirements of modernization and eco-compatible and energy-saving smelting production technologies. The article concludes with suggestions on how to further optimize the QSL process.
