地铁齿轮箱轴承温度将直接影响其使用性能和寿命。为此,对齿轮箱进行了部分试验,研究了影响轴承温度的各种因素。对比分析试验结果,轴承温升与其转速及所受转矩均成正比,在2 h内达到温度平衡,且轴承转速对其温度的影响要较转矩敏感。同等条件下,低油位运转时的轴承温度最高,高油位次之。这一分析为地铁齿轮箱的开发改进提供了试验依据。
Subway gearbox bearing temperature will directly affect the performance and life expectancy. To this end, the gearbox was partially tested, studied various factors affecting the bearing temperature. Contrasting the test results, the bearing temperature rise is proportional to the rotating speed and the torques. The temperature balance is reached within 2 h, and the influence of the bearing rotating speed on the temperature is more sensitive than the torque. Under the same conditions, the bearing temperature of the low oil level operation is the highest and the high oil level second. This analysis provides a test basis for the development and improvement of metro gearboxes.
