测定铝中氧的经典方法是高频加热的真空熔融法和惰气熔融法,但尚存在一些问题;脉冲加热惰气熔融法极少报导,应引起重视。作者采用脉冲加热惰气熔融-库仑定氧仪探讨了粉状铝中氧的测定方法。粉状铝在空气中易氧化生成稳定的Al_2O_3薄膜。根据热力学理论推算结果和实验结果,确定了下述提取粉状铝中氧的机理:
The classical method for the determination of oxygen in aluminum is the high-frequency heating vacuum melting method and inert gas melting method, but there are still some problems; pulse heating inert gas melting method is rarely reported, should pay attention. The authors used pulsed heated inert gas melting - Coulometric oxygen analyzer to investigate the determination of oxygen in powdered aluminum. Powdered aluminum is easily oxidized in the air to form a stable Al 2 O 3 film. According to the results of thermodynamic calculation and experimental results, the following mechanism of extracting oxygen from powdered aluminum was confirmed:
