随着经济快速发展以及教育改革不断深化,高职院校教学管理工作也随之发生了很多变化。教学秘书作为高职院校的基层管理者,其角色定位的准确与否直接关系着高职院校教学管理水平的高低与教学质量的好坏。基于此,从教学秘书在教学管理工作的现状出发,分析导致教学秘书角色定位的误区及原因,并对高职院校教学秘书的角色定位进行深入探讨。
With the rapid economic development and continuous deepening of education reform, many changes have taken place in the teaching management in higher vocational colleges. As the grassroots manager of higher vocational colleges, the teaching secretary’s accuracy is directly related to the level of teaching management and the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges. Based on this, starting from the current situation of teaching management, the teaching secretary analyzes the misunderstanding and reasons that lead to the role of teaching secretary, and probes into the role of teaching secretary in higher vocational colleges.
