以深圳职业技术学院口腔医学技术专业探索基于产教融合和职业实践的专业课程改革为例,针对该新兴专业人才培养目标及核心要素不够清晰、能力结构不够合理、课程体系设计与课程内容不适应职业岗位要求、课程实施和评价方式不适应人才培养目标的难题,剖析了专业人才培养目标的核心要素,重构了专业课程体系和教学标准,推动了专业实践教学及教学评价、师资队伍建设等方面的一系列改革,探索出了一条以口腔医学技术专业为代表的相关医学专业课程建设的有效路径,实现了生物类相关医学教学体系与物理类相关医学教学体系的结合。对全国高职院校口腔医学技术等相关医学专业的人才培养具有一定指导意义和推广价值。
