文章对医院药学工作实行精益管理进行了分析,指出要查找薄弱环节,寻求科学解决方案;合理搭配工作人员;合理设置工作单元;合理储备药品,加快资金周转;合理安排药库药房布局,提高调配速度。从而使精益管理有利于药学工作提高服务质量、降低成本,创造效益。
The paper analyzes the implementation of lean management in pharmaceutical pharmacy in hospitals, points out that it is necessary to find the weak links and seek for scientific solutions; reasonable collocation of staff; reasonably setting of work units; rational storage of medicines and speeding up of capital turnover; reasonable arrangement of pharmacy pharmacy layout and improvement of deployment speed. So that lean management is conducive to pharmaceutical work to improve service quality, reduce costs and create benefits.
