目的探讨机械法-准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(Ep i-LASIK)矫正中高度近视散光的临床疗效及影响因素。方法对散光等于和高于-1.00D的复性近视散光和单纯近视散光214例(417眼)运用Ep i-LASIK矫正,顺规散光138例(270眼),逆规散光46例(91眼),斜向散光30例(56眼)。散光-1.00D~-3.00D者344眼,-3.00D~-6.00D者73眼。结果术后刺激症状轻微,314眼(76.29%)疼痛评分为0~1分。术后6月达到预期矫正视力者384眼(92.09%),实际矫正散光度接近术前预测矫正散光度。角膜地形图由术前354眼(84.93%)对称蝴蝶结形和不对称蝴蝶结形,术后6个月321眼(77.14%)为圆形和椭圆。术后hase反应-1.00D~-3.00D和-3.00D以上两组对比,hase 2级及2级以上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Ep i-LASIK矫正中高度近视散光安全有效,haze反应轻,视觉质量好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and influencing factors of mechanical method - Ep i-LASIK in correcting middle and high myopia astigmatism. Methods Retrograde epi-LASIK was performed in 214 eyes (417 eyes) with refraction of myopic astigmatism and higher than -1.00D, and visual acuity was corrected in 138 eyes (270 eyes) and reverse astigmatism in 46 eyes (91 eyes) ), Oblique astigmatism in 30 cases (56 eyes). Astigmatism -1.00D ~ -3.00D were 344 eyes, -3.00D ~ -6.00D 73 eyes. Results The postoperative irritation symptoms were mild. The pain scores of 314 eyes (76.29%) were 0 to 1. 384 eyes (92.09%) achieved the expected corrected visual acuity in June, and the actual corrected astigmatism was close to the preoperatively estimated astigmatism. Corneal topography from the preoperative 354 (84.93%) symmetrical bowknot and asymmetric bowknot, 321 eyes (77.14%) at 6 months after the round and oval. Postoperative hase response -1.00D ~ -3.00D and -3.00D more than the two groups, hase level 2 and above were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion Ep i-LASIK correction of high myopia astigmatism safe and effective, haze reaction light, good visual quality.
