目的了解济宁地区女性绝经综合征的发生情况。方法采用绝经期等级评定量表调查2013年6月至2014年3月在济宁市第一人民医院妇科门诊就诊的40~60岁女性300例,并以问卷形式收集其一般资料。结果济宁地区女性平均绝经年龄(49.21±2.36)岁,以抠体症状发生率87.4%最高,最常见的症状为肌肉关节症状、潮热出汗、睡眠障碍。围绝经期及绝经后期女性3个层面的症状发生率及MRS评分明显高于生育晚期。固绝期女性心理症状发生率及MRS评分最高,而泌尿生殖道症状在绝经后期女性中发生率及MRS评分最高。结论济宁地区女性绝经综合征发病率高,医务工作者应加强探讨围绝期女性保健需求,建立绝经门诊,从而为提高女性对疾病的意识程度、早期识别及治疗相关症状提供更好的服务。
Objective To understand the incidence of female menopause syndrome in Jining. Methods A total of 300 women aged 40 to 60 years were selected from the Department of Gynecology and Outpatient, Jideng First People’s Hospital, from June 2013 to March 2014 in the Menopause Scale. The general information was collected by questionnaire. Results The average age of menopause women in Jining (49.21 ± 2.36) years old was 87.4%. The most common symptoms were muscle and joint symptoms, hot flashes and sleep disorders. The prevalence and MRS score of the three levels of perimenopausal and postmenopausal women were significantly higher than those of the advanced stage of childbirth. The incidence of psychological symptoms and MRS scores were the highest in women with solid extinction, while the incidence of genitourinary tract symptoms and MRS scores were the highest in postmenopausal women. Conclusions The incidence of menopausal syndrome in Jining is high. Medical workers should step up their efforts to explore the demand of perinatal women for health care and set up postmenopausal clinics so as to provide better services for women to improve their awareness of the disease and identify and treat the symptoms.
