角果木属Ceriops植物全球仅发现5个种,分布于亚洲热带、非洲东部和大洋洲地区。目前角果木属植物中已报道131个化合物,其中萜类化合物120个,其药理活性主要有抗炎、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗氧化、抗污、抗病毒等。该文旨在概述角果木属植物的化学成分及药理活性研究的最新成果和进展,为角果木的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。 There are only 5 species of Ceriops plants found in the world, distributed in tropical Asia, eastern Africa and Oceania. At present, there are 131 compounds reported in the genus Plettia, of which 120 are terpenoids. Their pharmacological activities are mainly anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic, antitumor, antibacterial, anti-oxidation, anti-fouling and anti-virus. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the latest achievements and progress in the study of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of the genus Plettia, and to provide reference for the further research and exploitation of the pod wood.
