大型企业,尤其是大型资源型企业如何进行科技创新,是当前我国大型企业急迫需要解决的问题。大庆油田创造的《基于百年油田建设的科技自主创新管理》成果,把科技创新和管理创新紧密结合起来,以创建百年油田为目标,在建立科技创新体系上取得了重大突破,取得了显著的成效。因此,受到业内外专家的极大关注和高度评价,经中国企业联合会的推荐,把大庆油田作为2006年全国管理创新现代化成果案例研究的第一家。
