随着城市化进程的发展,产业结构的调整和房地产业的兴起,原先的工厂厂房建筑面临着被拆除和废弃。围绕着工厂的居民小区当初的热闹繁华已经不再,取而代之的是各个时期的民居建筑,因为年久失修,逐渐老化,破旧不堪。拥挤的街道,狭小的空间,已经不能适应现代化生活方式,严重影响着区域的发展。本文通过对南京历史文化城市中的现实厂房改造项目的研究,将工业遗产建筑的保护与再生的理念和一般系统论在场地中的应用的观点来分析改造项目的空间规划与建筑设计手法。借此来探求对城市旧建筑改造的合理性与可行性。
With the development of urbanization, the adjustment of industrial structure and the rise of real estate industry, the original factory buildings are facing demolition and abandonment. Surrounding the factory’s residential area was no longer bustling downtown, replaced by various periods of residential buildings, because of disrepair, gradually aging, dilapidated. Crowded streets and narrow spaces can no longer meet the needs of modern lifestyles and seriously affect the development of the region. This article analyzes the spatial planning and architectural design of the reconstruction project by studying the actual plant reconstruction project in the historical and cultural city of Nanjing, the concept of the protection and regeneration of the industrial heritage building and the application of the general system theory in the site. With this in mind to explore the transformation of the city’s old buildings rationality and feasibility.
