人事档案主要是事业单位用来记录所有干部和职工参与各类社会和教育学习活动的信息资源,是基层单位调整、了解和利用人才的重要基础。由于近些年我国事业单位内部相关机制改革的进一步深化和不同单位间人才流动的频繁性,使得以往管理人事档案的理念和制度都受到了较大的冲击。在新的社会发展形势下,事业单位要想取得长足的发展,做好人事档案中干部档案的管理工作,更好的为建设干部队伍服务,便成为了其工作的重要内容。
Personnel files are mainly used by public institutions to record the information resources of all cadres and workers participating in all kinds of social and educational learning activities. They are also the important basis for the grassroots units to adjust, understand and utilize their talents. Due to the further deepening of the reform of relevant mechanisms within the institutions of our country in recent years and the frequent flow of talents among different units, the previous concepts and systems of managing personnel files have been greatly affected. Under the new situation of social development, if the public institutions need to make great strides in their development, they should do a good job in managing the files of cadres in the personnel files and serve the cadre building better, thus becoming an important part of their work.
