根据小眼井的特点和技术要求,研制了可控制交联时间的延迟交联剂DCL-KB,该剂是硼与特殊的配位络合体在常温下合成的,比普通硼砂分子大得多的络合物。对DCL-KB的耐温性、剪切恢复性、破胶性、携砂等性能进行了评价。结果表明,DCL_KB交联剂耐温耐剪切性能好,调节加量和胶液的pH值,可改变延迟交联时间。以DCL-KB为主剂的压裂液耐温耐剪切性能好、滤失量小、破胶快速彻底,而且具有良好剪切恢复能力,可满足小眼井压裂的需要。

The fracturing fluid with DCL-KB as the main agent has good temperature-resistant and shear-resistant properties, small filtration loss, quick and thorough gel breaking, and good shear recovery ability, which can meet the needs of small-hole fracturing.
