目前我国的高等院校普遍重视专业教师人才队伍的建设,但对高校中的教育教学任务得以正常实施的不可缺少的力量——管理人才队伍的建设却重视得不够。特别是在成人高校中对成教管理人员的专业素养包括知识结构、知识水平、科研创新能力以及职业道德并没有明确的更高要求。其实,成人高等教育和普通高等教育一样承担着进一步培养高级专门人才的重任,由于成高办学的特殊性,成高生的许多问题最终都集中在学员与管理者的矛盾上。成高管理者素质的好坏直接影响到学校的形象,甚至牵涉到学员的前途和命运。
At present, the institutions of higher learning in our country generally attach importance to the construction of professional teachers’ talent team. However, the indispensable force for the normal implementation of the educational and teaching tasks in colleges and universities - the construction of the management personnel team has paid insufficient attention. Especially in adult colleges and universities, the professional qualifications of adult education administrators, including the structure of knowledge, knowledge level, ability of scientific research innovation and professional ethics, are not clearly higher. In fact, adult higher education, like ordinary higher education, has the important task of further training senior professionals. Due to the special nature of running a school, many problems of high school students finally converge on the contradictions between trainees and managers. As a high-quality managers have a direct impact on the quality of the school’s image, and even involve the students’ future and destiny.
