企业应遵循公平性、竞争性、激励性、经济性和合法性的原则来设计与健全企业的薪酬制度,确保薪酬分配的公平性及激励功能的有效发挥。本文阐述了企业薪酬设计的原则,并探索性的将经济学中的基尼系数指标引入到了薪酬设计评价之中,为企业进行薪酬设计评价提供了参考依据。
Enterprises should follow the principles of fairness, competitiveness, incentive, economy and legality to design and improve the compensation system of the enterprise so as to ensure the fairness of the remuneration distribution and the effective activation of the incentive function. This paper elaborates the principle of enterprise salary design and explorates the Gini index in economics into the evaluation of salary design in an exploratory manner, which provides reference for the evaluation of salary design of enterprises.
