本文对中国广东(广府、客家、潮汕)3个地区汉族2174个健康无关个体进行15个STR基因座遗传多态性进行调查。结果 15个STR基因座检出167~178个等位基因,602~704种基因型,其分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律(P>0.05)。15个STR基因座在上述地区汉族群体的法医学个体识别及亲权鉴定中具有较高的应用价值。
In this study, we investigated the genetic polymorphism of 15 STR loci in 2174 Han unrelated individuals from three areas of Guangdong (Guangfu, Hakka and Chaoshan). Results A total of 167 to 178 alleles and 602 to 704 genotypes were detected in 15 STR loci. The distributions were in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P> 0.05). The 15 STR loci are of high value in forensic identification and paternity testing of foreigners in the above Han ethnic groups.
