尖锐湿疣(Condyloma acuminata),又称生殖器疣(阴部疣)、性病疣.此病被公认为性传播疾病,由人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)引起,近年有逐渐增多的趋势.目前还没有根治HPV感染的方法,治疗方法非常多,但复发率很高.临床上我们采用高频电离子与干扰素A1b联合治疗,使局部清除病灶与全身免疫治疗相结合,取得较好效果.现报告如下.
