新疆南疆地区土壤盐渍化程度非常严重,气候恶劣,导致许多混凝土建(构)筑物产生混凝土腐蚀、开裂、鼓胀隆起和钢筋锈蚀等耐久性病害,使其在服役期内频繁出现影响正常运行的各种工程问题.通过对南疆地区既有混凝土建(构)筑物的耐久性现状开展实地调研和现场检测,结合工程结构的耐久性病害特征分析,发现影响该地区混凝土结构耐久性能的主要因素有:(1)盐渍土腐蚀和盐水侵蚀;(2)冻融破坏;(3)干湿循环作用;(4)盐渍土地基的盐胀和冻胀作用.通过采取增厚混凝土表面沥青胶泥防腐涂层厚度或使用环氧树脂防腐涂料、提高混凝土密实度、使用钢筋阻锈剂、采用强夯法、设置止水带或敷设防渗膜等工程措施,可最大限度地减小或者消除盐渍土腐蚀和盐水侵蚀以及盐渍土地基的盐胀和冻胀作用,切实提高本地区混凝土结构的耐久性能.
