采用废弃混凝土破碎细颗粒取代部分石英砂,用于生产加气混凝土。研究了破碎细颗粒掺量对加气混凝土料浆稠度和蒸压养护后的加气混凝土抗压强度和干密度的影响。结果表明,破碎细颗粒掺量低于10%时,有助于提高料浆的流动性,但随着掺量的继续增大,料浆流动性迅速下降;在浆料扩展度相近的条件下,随破碎细颗粒掺量的增大,需水量增大,对减小加气混凝土的干密度有利,但蒸压养护后,加气混凝土的抗压强度呈先增大后减小趋势。
Use of abandoned concrete broken fine particles to replace part of the quartz sand for the production of aerated concrete. The effects of the content of finely divided particles on the compressive strength and dry density of aerated concrete after aerated concrete slurry consistency and autoclaved curing were studied. The results show that when the content of fine particles is less than 10%, the fluidity of the slurry will be improved, but the fluidity of slurry decreases rapidly with the increase of the content of the fine particles. Under the conditions of similar slurry spreading , With the increase of the content of the fine particles, the water requirement increases, which is beneficial to reduce the dry density of aerated concrete. However, the compressive strength of aerated concrete first increases and then decreases after autoclaved curing.
