Infiltration method is used to prepare Mo-Cu alloy with different Fe content. The microstructure and Fe element distribution of Mo-Cu alloys with different Fe contents were analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The effects of Fe content on the densities and thermal conductivities of Mo-Cu alloys were investigated. , Conductivity, hardness and microstructure. The results show that adding 1% Fe (mass fraction) increases the density and hardness of the Mo-Cu alloy, but decreases the electrical and thermal conductivity. The microscopic analysis shows that the microstructure of the alloy is more dense with the addition of activating element Fe, the distribution of Cu is meshed and the sintering neck of Mo skeleton becomes larger. However, when the content of Fe is too much, it is not conducive to the improvement of alloy properties.
