幼儿园课程实质上包含着两个部分:有计划的课程和非计划的“看不见的课程”,前者或称正规课程,后者或称“隐蔽课程”。我们通常用的“幼儿园课程”概念,都局限于正规课程。这种传统的课程观必须改变。其实,“隐蔽课程”与正规课程同样重要,它是推进幼儿教育走向科学化的契机之一。幼儿园“隐蔽课程”是指在整个幼儿园范围内,以间接的、内隐的方式,通过无意识的非特定心理反应的途径,对幼儿的情感、意志力、态度、动机、价值观、信仰等发生作用及影响的总和。它具有如下特点: 1.“隐蔽课程”不仅有机地渗入幼儿园正规课程,而且内在地附着于游戏、活动、操练、参观游览、用膳、休息等幼儿园全部活动之中。
