用玻管培养法培养钩蚴并鉴定虫种,观察新驱虫药左旋四咪唑的疗效与虫种的关系。结果表明,该药对驱除十二指肠钩虫效果显著,对美洲钩虫及混合感染效果不著。
The culture of the larvae was performed with the glass tube culture method and the insect species were identified. The effect of the new dewetrazole levamisole and the species of insects was observed. The results show that the drug to get rid of duodenal hookworm significant effect on the hookworm and mixed infection inaccessible.
