实达的声名在IT界自然显赫。而作为实达三大子公司之外的最大势力集团,实达北软自—诞生便被业界广泛关注,并一度被IDC评为国内排名前位的软件集团。诚如实达北软的高贵背景,1998年其成长初始就显现出别出心裁的大家气势——短短几个月的时间就通过收购以铸就自己在软件界的地位。然而,3年后也就是2001年中期,实达北软却以总资产1.24亿,净资产4759万的巨大盘子,仅仅录得销售收入188万,利润额负的757万元的惨淡业绩。实达北软覆灭了。这个覆灭的历程是快速成长和快速消亡呼应着的一段故事。
Shida's reputation in the IT sector naturally prominent. As the largest group outside of Shida's three largest subsidiaries, Shida North Soft since its birth was widely concerned by the industry and was once ranked as the top domestic software group by IDC. Astronomy up to the noble background of North soft, its initial growth in 1998 to show the unique momentum of everyone - just a few months through acquisitions to cast their own position in the software industry. However, three years later, in mid-2001, Shida North Soft recorded a dismal performance of only 1.88 million yuan in sales revenue and 7.57 million yuan in negative profit with a huge market of 124 million yuan in total assets and 47.59 million yuan in net assets. Shida North soft vanished. This process of destruction is a story that echoes with rapid growth and rapid demise.
