为建立空气中正己烷的无泵式采样气相色谱测定法,用天津市劳动卫生职业病研究所研制的GJ-1型无泵型个体采样器,对工作场所空气中正己烷无泵型采样检测方法进行研究。结果显示,高、中、低3种浓度的平均解吸效率为95.5%,样品在室温下至少可保存10 d。炭片对正己烷的最大吸附量大于20 mg,现场共存物对无泵式采样器的测定没有影响。各项指标均符合《无泵型采样(检测)器的研制指南》的要求。提示,该方法简单、准确、灵敏度高,作为长时间及个体采样方法易于推广使用。
In order to establish a non-pump gas chromatographic method for the determination of n-hexane in the air, a GJ-1 type pump-free sampler developed by Tianjin Institute of Occupational Health and Occupational Diseases was used to measure the n-hexane non- research. The results showed that the average desorption efficiency of high, medium and low concentration was 95.5%, and the sample could be stored for at least 10 days at room temperature. The maximum adsorption capacity of n-hexane on charcoal is more than 20 mg, and the coexistence on site has no effect on the determination of non-pump sampler. The indicators are in line with the “pump-free sampling (detector) Development Guide” requirements. Prompt, the method is simple, accurate, high sensitivity, easy to promote as a long time and individual sampling methods.
