目的:研究全蝎信息药效组分X射线衍射的鉴别特征,为全蝎的品质评价提供新方法。方法:全蝎及其信息药效组分X射线衍射表征对比分析法。结果:全蝎(n=18)X射线衍射表征:几何拓扑图形和37个特征标记峰;全蝎信息药效组分X射线衍射表征:27个特征标记峰。全蝎药材和全蝎信息药效组分间具有一定的相关性。结论:依据X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱的几何拓扑图形与特征标记峰值可以实现对全蝎中药材和信息药效组分的鉴定和识别。同时也显示了X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定分析方法具有广阔的应用前景。
