随着社会经济的发展,各种人才在企业间的流动也愈发频繁。以往国有企业在人才储备上引以为傲的时代渐渐远去。现在越来越多的国企抱怨招聘不到人才,培养不出人才,留不住人才。在现代经济的冲击下国有企业以往的员工培训制度与方式也愈发暴露出其短板与误区。建立企业与员工双赢的培训体系、完善员工职业发展规划是现代国有企业亟待解决的问题,而这也成为现代经济社会下员工选择企业的重要标准之一。
