本文系统地叙述微波铁氧体控制器件(快速开关、移相器、变极化器等)及其在雷达中的应用。着重讨论快速控制的锁式器件,介绍了我们近年来研制出的一系列器件,其中包括许多我们提出的新型器件。首先讨论不同的磁路结构和各类器件的特点,然后列举它们在雷达系统中的应用实例。这些实例表明,微波铁氧体控制器件能实现快速功率转换,快速极化交换,单脉冲单通道技术和宽带相控阵电扫描等功能,对于提高雷达的性能起着重要作用。
This article systematically describes the microwave ferrite control devices (fast switching, phase shifter, variable polarization, etc.) and its application in the radar. The focus is on fast-controlled latch devices, introducing a series of devices we have developed in recent years, including many of the new devices we have proposed. First of all, we discuss different magnetic circuit structures and characteristics of various devices, and then give examples of their applications in radar systems. These examples show that the microwave ferrite control device can realize the functions of fast power conversion, fast polarization switching, single-pulse single-channel technology and broadband phased array scanning, which play an important role in improving the performance of the radar.
