数学分层教学是教学模式的一种创新,是对素质教育的发展,打破了传统教学思想的禁锢,有着十分重要的理论和实践意义。近年来分层教育的研究一直在进行着,但多是研究表层的理论,具体实施起来既有复杂性又有模糊性,理性的缺失使结论的可靠性降低。因此,为了弥补传统学业评价制度的不足,提高教学的水平,探讨分层教学的理论在高中数学教学中的实践就显得尤为重要。本文通过论述分层教学的含义,列举传统教学方式的缺陷,分层教学的实施办法和分层教学的实施目标四个方面来论证实施分层教学的可行性和必要性。
Teaching in mathematics is a kind of innovation in teaching mode, which is the development of quality education and the imprisonment of traditional teaching ideas. It has very important theoretical and practical significance. In recent years, the study of stratification education has been going on, but it is mostly the theory of surface stratification, which has both complexity and ambiguity in its implementation. The lack of rationality reduces the reliability of the conclusion. Therefore, in order to make up for the deficiency of the traditional academic evaluation system and improve the teaching level, it is very important to discuss the theory of the layered teaching in the practice of high school mathematics teaching. This article demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of implementing the layered teaching by discussing the meaning of the hierarchical teaching, enumerating the defects of the traditional teaching methods, the implementation methods of the layered teaching and the implementation target of the layered teaching.
